Thank you for shopping with DAYJOB. We are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you can request a return within 30 days of your purchase.
How to Request a Return
You can initiate a return in one of two ways:
- Request for Return via on our website (log in to your account and select the order you wish to return.
- Email us at intern@dayjobclub.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
Return Eligibility and Conditions
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging included.
- Discounted or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Items showing visible signs of wear, use, or damage may not be accepted for return.
Return Process
- Once your return request is received, we will provide instructions for returning your item(s).
- Please ensure items are securely packaged to avoid damage during shipping.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
Refunds
- After we receive and inspect your returned item(s), refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
- Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable.
- If your return is not approved, we will notify you by email.
Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate this in your return request email. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
